Queens Chamber of Commerce offers a number of services to the borough's business community. Each of these activities helps business people by offering information and advice helpful to their business, as well as opportunities for meeting and working with other businesses and groups in Queens.


Events

The New York City Regional Economic Development Council is pleased to announce training workshops to provide an overview of the Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) process as well as how to access up to $750 million in economic development funding from agency programs through one application for the second round of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's Regional Council initiative to stimulate job creation and economic growth.
To maximize participation in the process and to ensure high-quality applications from project applicants, we would like you to know that the NYCREDC will be hosting training workshops in each of the five boroughs to explain the programs and eligibility standards, as well as recent improvements to the CFA application process.

The event is being held on May 18th at LaGuardia Community College.

The Chamber seeks to promote the interests of business by continually focusing on legislation which will impact both the businesses and communities that the Chamber supports. The Chamber maintains a knowledge base and relationships that allows it to successfully influence the legislative process on a variety of topics.

EDUCATE

Businesses gain access to educational classes, forums and workshops to support their growth. These educational opportunities are offered on a recurring basis and facilitated by our educational partners from government, not-for-profits, other members and academia.

The Chamber holds various networking events designed for members to meet and build relationships with business people from small, mid-size and large companies from Queens and the surrounding area.
